# Send Super Agent Message

`POST /super-agent/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.attention.tech/v2`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Sends a message to the super agent. If session_id is not provided, creates a new session. Returns synchronously if completed within 15 seconds, otherwise returns 202 Accepted with session ID for polling. Optionally accepts a callback_url for webhook notification when the assistant response is ready.

- `callback_url` string, uri

## Request body

- SendSuperAgentMessageRequest
  - `session_id` string: Optional session ID. If not provided, a new session will be created.
  - `content` string, required: The message content to send to the super agent
  - `timezone` string: Optional user timezone for timestamp formatting (e.g., 'America/New_York')

Message processed successfully with assistant response

    - `timestamp` string, date-time: When the message was created
    - `metadata` object: Additional metadata associated with the message

## Other responses

- `202`: Message accepted, processing in background
- `400`: Invalid request parameters
- `401`: Valid user-level API key required
- `403`: Session does not belong to user's organization
- `default`: Unexpected error
