# Starts a person's login process

`POST /api/login`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.atono.io`
- URL: `https://api.atono.io/api/login`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-KEY`

On a successful execution email user their login link

## Request body

- LoginRequest: A request to start log in flow
  - `email` string, required: Email of the user that wants to login
  - `extra` string: Extra information to include in the user's login link

## Response `200`

Magic link set

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid email supplied. Only returned when verbose errors are enabled
- `500`: Unexpected error
