# Remove a user from the default reviewers

`DELETE /repositories/{workspace}/{repo_slug}/default-reviewers/{target_username}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0`
- URL: `https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/{workspace}/{repo_slug}/default-reviewers/{target_username}`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `https://bitbucket.org/site/oauth2/authorize`
    - Token URL: `https://bitbucket.org/site/oauth2/access_token` scopes: `repository:admin`
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Removes a default reviewer from the repository.

## Response `204`

The specified user successfully removed from the default reviewers

## Other responses

- `403`: If the authenticated user does not have access modify the default reviewers
- `404`: If the specified user does not exist
