Ingest a batch of SendGrid events.

Returns 200 for anything it managed to read. That is deliberate: SendGrid retries non-2xx
responses for up to 24 hours and then drops the batch, so a single malformed event must not
cost us the good ones next to it — `record_provider_events` counts rejects instead. The one
thing that DOES fail loudly is a bad path token, because that is not a delivery problem.
