SendGrid Inbound Parse: one human reply to something the rail sent.

Parse POSTs multipart form fields (`from`, `to`, `subject`, `text`, `html`, `headers`),
not JSON. Answers 200 for anything it can read, because Parse discards a message after
repeated non-2xx responses and a dropped reply is a lost lead.

Not IMAP, deliberately: 23 of the estate's 25 Titan mailboxes refuse third-party login, so
a reply rail built on reading those boxes is one that mostly cannot run. This path needs no
mailbox credential and cannot be switched off per-mailbox.
