`GET /api/health`

Reports whether the database is reachable. No auth required. Intended for uptime monitors and load balancers, not for determining whether a specific workspace or feature is available.

The database is reachable.

## Other responses

- `400`: The X-API-Version header was present but not a well-formed semantic version (code: invalid_api_version). Checked before the operation runs.
