# Ask via query parameter (NLWeb convenience form)

`GET /api/ask`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.atisbo.dev`
- URL: `https://app.atisbo.dev/api/ask`
- Auth: none declared

Same behaviour as POST /api/ask with `?query=` carrying the question, `?streaming=true|false` and `?max_results=` optional. Identical validation and the same per-IP rate limit.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, required
- `streaming` 'true' | 'false'
- `max_results` integer
- `mode` 'list' | 'summarize' | 'generate'

## Response `200`

The answer — identical shape to the POST response.
