`GET /users/me/email-preferences`

The three declinable families and whether each still reaches you. Essential email — sign-in codes, receipts, security alerts, terms updates — is never listed, because it has no opt-out.

    - `subscribed` boolean, required: True while this family still reaches the caller.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or invalid bearer token / API key, or revoked session (SESSION_REVOKED).
- `404`: User not found
