# Get the company billing details (legal name, address, tax IDs)

`GET /subscriptions/billing-details`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.atako.ai`
- URL: `https://api.atako.ai/subscriptions/billing-details`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Company-admin only. `null` before the first purchase or when USE_STRIPE=false. The legal name and address are the ones stored by the app (`companies.billing_legal_name`, `companies.billing_address`), never what a Checkout attempt (even declined) may have written on the Stripe customer. No stored address yet → seeded from the Stripe customer.

## Response `200`

- CustomerBillingDetails: B2B invoice details held by Stripe — collected at Checkout, edited in the billing portal.
  - `name` string, nullable: Legal name printed on invoices.
  - `email` string, nullable
  - `address` object, nullable
    - `line1` string, nullable
    - `line2` string, nullable
    - `postalCode` string, nullable
    - `city` string, nullable
    - `state` string, nullable
    - `country` string, nullable: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2.
  - `taxIds` object[], required
    - `type` string, required: Stripe tax ID type, e.g. eu_vat, gb_vat, us_ein.
    - `value` string, required
    - `verification` 'pending' | 'verified' | 'unverified' | 'unavailable', nullable
  - `taxLocation` 'supported' | 'not_collecting' | 'unrecognized_location' | 'failed', nullable: `unrecognized_location`: Stripe Tax cannot place the customer — invoices cannot be finalized.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or invalid bearer token / API key, or revoked session (SESSION_REVOKED).
- `403`: The caller does not have the required role/permission.
- `404`: No company
