`POST /agents/{id}/resume`

Trial-end lifecycle. Same company-membership + canCreateAgents gate as agent creation.

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or invalid bearer token / API key, or revoked session (SESSION_REVOKED).
- `402`: NO_ACTIVE_SUBSCRIPTION
- `403`: AGENT_CREATION_NOT_ALLOWED
- `404`: Not found, or the caller is not authorized to access this resource.
- `409`: AGENT_NOT_PAUSED / AGENT_LIMIT_REACHED
