# Knowledge items an agent read during one turn

`GET /agents/{agentId}/turns/{turnId}/sources`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.atako.ai`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Items READ (not merely listed) during the turn, deduplicated, oldest read first. With `messageId` (chat reply) or `emailId` (outbound e-mail): only the items that message CITED and the agent also read in the turn (cited ∩ read). Filtered by the caller's own knowledge access: an item the caller cannot open, or that is archived or deleted, is absent. `changedSince` is true when the source changed after it was read.
