Year card per Greer (m+d+year reduced).

## Query parameters

## Request body

- TarotYear
  - `art` string: Card art set, e.g. rws-1909, rws-restored, rws-vector. GET /v1/tarot/decks lists the sets per deck.
  - `date` string, required
  - `year` integer, required

## Response `200`
