# Initiate Google Calendar OAuth flow

`GET /v1/calendars/google/connect`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.astrocal.dev`
- URL: `https://api.astrocal.dev/v1/calendars/google/connect`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a Google OAuth authorization URL. This flow must be initiated from the Astrocal dashboard, which binds the authorization request to your browser session.

## Query parameters

- `member_id` string, uuid, required: The org member whose calendar is being connected
- `redirect_uri` string, uri

## Response `200`

Authorization URL generated

  - `authorization_url` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Flow was not initiated from the Astrocal dashboard
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Member not found or does not belong to org
