  - `intent` string, required: What the agent wants done
  - `task_class` string, nullable: Hint: known decomposition class. If omitted, classifier picks.
  - `language` string
  - `quality_floor` number: Minimum acceptable quality score. Below this, escalates.
  - `allow_escalation` boolean: If decomposed answer fails quality_floor, retry on stronger model. Caller pays the escalated cost transparently.
