Class A registry oracle (Reality Notary, m375). The caller sends ONLY
a KvK number. The protocol itself fetches the official registry NOW,
hashes the snapshot, and returns either a sealed ATTESTED receipt or a
deterministic REJECT with a public reason. No client evidence, no LLM,
no login. This is the cleanest evidence class the protocol offers.
