# Dutch and EU counterparty check with signed receipt

Before an agent approves a supplier, pays an invoice or signs an order: verdicts from official sources for a Dutch or EU company. KvK Handelsregister registration active or not, supplied name against the registered names, EU VAT number valid in VIES and its name against the register, EU sanctions list candidates, insolvency published in the Dutch Centraal Insolventieregister. Returns flags, open questions and an ed25519-signed receipt. Verdicts only, no register data. Give at least one of kvk_number, vat_number, company_name.
