Tamil Panchanga for a date and location: Rahu Kalam, Yamagandam, Kuligai, Nalla Neram and the Tamil solar month. Rahu Kalam, Yamagandam and Kuligai are the Tamil inauspicious periods (emagandam is the Tamil spelling of Yamagandam and repeats the same period), Nalla Neram (daytime windows free of those periods), and the Tamil solar month name derived from the Sun's sidereal position at sunrise.

## Query parameters

- `date` string, required: Date in YYYY-MM-DD format
- `location` string, nullable: City name
- `latitude` number, nullable: Latitude in decimal degrees, north positive. Use with longitude and timezone instead of location.
- `longitude` number, nullable: Longitude in decimal degrees, east positive. Use with latitude and timezone instead of location.
- `timezone` string, nullable: IANA timezone
