# Send user message to execution

`POST /agents/v2/executions/{executionId}/user-messages`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Add a user message to an execution

## Path parameters

- `executionId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- AgentsExecutionUserMessagesAddTextBody
  - `message` string, required: The message the agent receives.

## Response `201`

The request has succeeded and a new resource has been created as a result.

## Other responses

- `400`: The server could not understand the request due to invalid syntax.
- `401`: Access is unauthorized.
- `403`: Access is forbidden.
- `404`: The server cannot find the requested resource.
- `500`: Server error
