Search the full text of regulator guidance beyond FDA and ICH, as of Assyro's daily copy: EMA scientific and regulatory-procedural guidelines (agency "ema"; EMA's copies of ICH guidelines are in search_guidance sourceCode "ICH"), the Medical Device Coordination Group's MDR/IVDR guidance and the Commission's device Q&As and manuals ("mdcg"), and Health Canada's guidance documents on drugs, biologics, natural health products and medical devices ("hc"). Each result gives the regulator's reference (EMA/CHMP/..., MDCG 2020-13), status (final, draft, superseded, or unknown where the regulator states none), dates and the regulator's URL. search_guidance with sourceCode "EMA", "MDCG" or "HC" reaches the same documents. Call read_eu_canada_guideline for the text before quoting it.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, required: Words to find in the title, reference and text, e.g. "clinical evaluation equivalence". "quoted phrases", OR and -exclusions work.
- `agency` 'ema' | 'mdcg' | 'hc': Only this regulator: "ema", "mdcg" or "hc". Omit to search all three.
- `status` 'final' | 'draft' | 'superseded' | 'any': "final", "draft", "superseded" or "any" (default). "final" leaves out documents whose status the regulator does not state.
- `dateFrom` string: Earliest first-published date, YYYY, YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD (inclusive). Documents without a date are left out when a bound is given.
- `dateTo` string: Latest first-published date, YYYY, YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD (inclusive: "2024" means through 2024-12-31).
- `sort` 'relevance' | 'newest': 'relevance' (default) or 'newest' first.
- `limit` integer: Documents to return, default 8.
- `offset` integer: Skip this many results (for paging), default 0.

## Other responses
