Search health technology assessments, from Assyro's copies of each agency's published register: g-ba (the German Federal Joint Committee's decisions on the added benefit of new medicines under section 35a SGB V, AMNOG: one record per patient group, with G-BA's own added-benefit statement, its extent ("erheblich" major, "beträchtlich" considerable, "gering" minor, "nicht quantifizierbar" non-quantifiable, "ist nicht belegt" not proven, "geringerer Nutzen" lesser) and certainty ("Beleg" proof, "Hinweis" indication, "Anhaltspunkt" hint), the appropriate comparator therapy, decision date and orphan status), iqwig (IQWiG dossier assessments: project number such as A26-86, title naming substance and indication, DOI; IQWiG's conclusion itself is not held). Omit agency to search both. Find by product (trade name), substance (G-BA writes German INNs: "Cabazitaxel", "Fampridin"), indication or patient group words, the added benefit in German or English ("considerable", "not proven"), certainty, the agency's identifier (G-BA procedure number "2011-04-15-D-003", IQWiG project "A26-86"), ATC code, orphan status or decision date. G-BA writes in German: quote its words and give your translation. NICE (UK) and CDA-AMC (Canada) recommendations are NOT held (their terms do not permit copying): say so, never read their absence as a refusal. An agency that is not loaded is reported as not searched: never read that as "not assessed". Call read_hta_assessment for the whole record.

## Query parameters

- `agency` 'g-ba' | 'iqwig': Search one agency only. Omit for both.
- `query` string: Words that must all appear in the product, substances, indication, patient group, comparator or identifier, e.g. "apixaban vorhofflimmern".
- `product` string: Trade name, substring match, e.g. "Jevtana".
- `substance` string: Active substance, substring match, accents ignored, e.g. "cabazitaxel" or "abirateron".
- `indication` string: Words of the indication or patient group, substring match, e.g. "prostatakarzinom" or "lupus".
- `benefit` string: Extent of added benefit, as G-BA words it or in English: "beträchtlich" / "considerable", "gering" / "minor", "erheblich" / "major", "nicht belegt" / "not proven", "nicht quantifizierbar" / "non-quantifiable".
- `certainty` string: Certainty of the added benefit: "Beleg" / "proof", "Hinweis" / "indication", "Anhaltspunkt" / "hint".
- `identifier` string: The agency's identifier: a G-BA procedure number ("2011-04-15-D-003") or an IQWiG project number ("A26-86") or DOI.
- `atc` string: ATC code or its prefix, e.g. "L01" or "B01AF02".
- `orphan` boolean: true for orphan-drug decisions only (G-BA), false to leave them out.
- `decidedFrom` string: Decided (G-BA) or registered (IQWiG) on or after this date, YYYY-MM-DD.
- `decidedTo` string: On or before this date, YYYY-MM-DD.
- `sort` 'relevance' | 'newest': relevance (default: exact product matches first) or newest decision first.
- `limit` integer: Records to return, default 8. total reports every match.
- `offset` integer: Skip this many results (for paging), default 0.

## Other responses
