Search what the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) publishes on GOV.UK: its guidance pages (collection "guidance": detailed guides and guidance publications on licensing, clinical trials, devices, pharmacovigilance, fees), Drug Safety Update articles ("drug-safety-update": safety advice for healthcare professionals) and medical safety alerts ("safety-alerts": medicines recalls and defect notifications, device safety alerts, National Patient Safety Alerts). Indexed daily; each result gives the page, its first-published and last-updated dates. This is UK regulator guidance and safety communication, not UK legislation (legislation.gov.uk) and not EU or FDA guidance. Attachments (PDFs, spreadsheets) are listed by link but not searched.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, required: Words to find, e.g. "valproate pregnancy prevention" or "software as a medical device". Quoted phrases and OR work.
- `collection` 'guidance' | 'drug-safety-update' | 'safety-alerts': Keep only one kind: guidance, drug-safety-update or safety-alerts.
- `dateFrom` string: Earliest first-published date (an alert's issue date), YYYY, YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD.
- `dateTo` string: Latest first-published date (an alert's issue date), YYYY, YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD.
- `sort` 'relevance' | 'newest': 'relevance' (default) or 'newest' for the most recently published first.
- `limit` integer: Pages to return, default 8.
- `offset` integer: Skip this many results (for paging), default 0.

## Other responses
