Read one FDA register entry by the id search_fda_registers returned ("orphan-designations:488915", "inactive-ingredients:magnesium stearate|buccal|tablet", "postmarketing-requirements:383444", "rems:24", "drug-master-files:44931"): every column FDA published for it under FDA's names, with each orphan approval, REMS version and product, FDA's caveats and the copy's date. Cite the register and its column names.
