# Read one EudraVigilance record

Read one EudraVigilance web report entry as indexed: the medicine or substance, its level, EudraVigilance High Level Code, EMA's report link, the date EMA generated its index, what the web report contains and EMA's disclaimer. The id is the one a search returned (e.g. "substance-82334"); EMA's dap.ema.europa.eu report link also works. It holds no case counts: give the link for figures.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not valid: an unknown parameter or an argument the source refuses.
- `404`: No such source or record.
- `429`: Rate limited; retry after the Retry-After header.
- `503`: The source cannot answer from Assyro's copy right now.
