Read one row of EMA's Article 57 product data by id: product name, active substance(s), routes, authorisation country, central or national, marketing authorisation holder and pharmacovigilance master file location, followed by every other row of the same product name (its other countries, routes and holders). Cite it by EMA's Article 57 page.
