# Read one ClinVar record

Read one ClinVar variant by its VCV accession (or VariationID, or an RCV accession): its aggregate germline classification with review status and date last evaluated, somatic clinical impact and oncogenicity, every condition submitted, condition identifiers (MONDO, MedGen, OMIM, Orphanet), locations on each assembly, dbSNP and RCV accessions. Cite it by VCV accession and date last evaluated.

## Other responses

- `404`: No such source or record.
