Read one Canada Vigilance report by its report number ("000993934", "E2B_07902366") or id ("993934"): every product with role, ingredients, dose, frequency, route, dosage form and indication, every MedDRA reaction with its system organ class, seriousness criteria, outcome, patient sex and age, reporter type and source, linked or duplicate reports, literature references, the copy's date and Health Canada's caveat. Cite Health Canada, the report number and the Canada Vigilance Adverse Reaction Online Database.
