# Identity document verification status

`GET /v1/signers/identity-verification`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.assinafy.com.br`
- URL: `https://api.assinafy.com.br/v1/signers/identity-verification`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `signer-access-code`

Current state of the signer's identity document verification. Backfills a pending decision from the provider. Uses the signer access code.

**One live session per signer:** `can_start` is true before a provider session exists, and again once that session is Expired -- the capture link lapsed before anything was submitted, so the signer may open a new one. Once a session is Pending, In Review, Approved, Declined or Abandoned it is false. A signer who reaches Declined or Abandoned cannot restart here; the account must start a whole new process (new document, new assignment).

**In review:** the signer continues -- views, confirms their data and signs -- while the account reviews the result. The document is certificated only after the account approves every signer under review; if it rejects one, the document is cancelled and every signer receives the cancellation notice.

## Response `200`

Verification state

- object: Standard success wrapper. Operations add their own `data`.
  - `status` integer: HTTP status code, mirrored in the body.
  - `message` string: Human-readable message; empty on success.
  - `data` object
    - `can_start` boolean: True when no session exists yet, or the last one Expired.
    - `status` string, nullable
    - `url` string, nullable: The provider's capture URL while the session is Pending; null otherwise. A bearer link: open it as-is (including any `#t=` fragment); never log it or store it in the browser.
    - `expires_at` string, date-time, nullable: When the capture link stops working. Verification may still be processed or reviewed after it. Null for providers that do not report it.
    - `completed_at` string, date-time, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
