# Estimate resend cost

`POST /v1/documents/{documentId}/assignments/{assignmentId}/signers/{signerId}/estimate-resend-cost`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Estimate the cost of resending the signature request to a signer. The response has its own shape (`total`, not `total_credits`), because a reminder uses no document.

## Response `200`

Cost estimate

- object: Standard success wrapper. Operations add their own `data`.
  - `status` integer: HTTP status code, mirrored in the body.
  - `message` string: Human-readable message; empty on success.
  - `data` ResendCostEstimate: Credits a reminder to one signer will take, and whether the account can pay for it. A reminder uses no document.
    - `total` number: Sum of the `breakdown` costs.
    - `breakdown` object[]
      - `code` string
      - `name` string
      - `cost` number
    - `credit_balance` number, nullable: Credits available. `null` when the account's credits are not limited.
    - `has_sufficient_credits` boolean

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
