`POST /collections`

## Request

Create a new collection in a project

## Request body

- CollectionCreateRequest: API request schema for creating a collection
  - `project_id` string, uuid, required: Project ID
  - `name` string, required: Name of the collection
  - `description` string, nullable: Description of the collection
