# Delete Assets

`POST /assets/delete`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.aspect.inc`
- URL: `https://api.aspect.inc/assets/delete`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Permanently delete assets. This can't be undone. To make it recoverable, move them to the trash instead.

## Request body

- AssetDeleteRequest: API request schema for bulk deleting assets
  - `asset_ids` string[], required: List of asset IDs to delete

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AssetDeleteResponse: API response schema for bulk deleting assets
  - `deleted_count` integer, required: Number of assets successfully deleted
