# Get Asset Path

`GET /assets/{asset_id}/path`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.aspect.inc`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Get full path from root to the asset (including the asset itself)

## Path parameters

- `asset_id` string, uuid, required: The ID of the asset

## Query parameters

- `collection_id` string, uuid, nullable: Optional collection ID to filter path by collection membership

## Response `200`

  - `id` string, uuid, required: Resource ID
  - `name` string, required: Resource name
