The lunisolar calendar at the UTC+7 civil day, computed from first principles — verified against an independent ephemeris for every Chinese New Year 1950–2030 at UTC+8, then reproducing the published Vietnamese splits: the whole-month Tết divergence of 1985 and the one-day split of 2007. Can-Chi years with the Cat, the festival cycle, the 1967 decree honored as a refusal boundary.
