Declination, Out-of-Bounds & Antiscia astrology — 'the vertical dimension.' The zodiac wheel is a flat ring of ecliptic longitude; this engine reads DECLINATION, a body's angular distance north or south of the celestial equator, and the techniques that live there. OUT-OF-BOUNDS: a planet whose |declination| exceeds the obliquity ε (≈23.44°, the Sun's own annual maximum) has wandered beyond the Sun's reach — the out-of-bounds Moon (Kt Boehrer; Steven Forrest) reads as the emancipated, Uranian, rule-breaking signal; the Sun itself never goes out of bounds. PARALLELS & CONTRAPARALLELS: two bodies at the same declination act like a conjunction (same hemisphere) or opposition (opposite), independent of any longitude aspect. ANTISCIA / CONTRA-ANTISCIA: the 'solstice points' (180−λ and 360−λ) — hidden, secret links across the solstitial and equinoctial axes used by Firmicus Maternus and William Lilly. Computes each body's declination with the full latitude formula, out-of-bounds flags, all parallels/contraparallels, and antiscia contacts — keeping antiscia and parallels INDEPENDENT (the antiscion-equals-parallel identity holds only at zero latitude). Locked against the obliquity, the solstice-point declinations, published antiscia examples, and three AA-rated out-of-bounds-Moon charts (Einstein, Tripp, Winfrey). An interpretive layer for reflection, not prediction.
