Structured two-person working-relationship reading (taxonomy work-1): energyDynamic (work-style pairing), decisionPairing (decision pacing), elementRelation (Wu Xing day-master relation), four collaboration dimensions and a symbolic workFit explicitly labelled 'not a hiring score'. Symmetric, deterministic, structured-only. MISSING BIRTH TIMES DISCLOSED (hdTimeAssumption): the engine samples the un-timed person's Human Design headline across their birth day and either CERTIFIES the pairing (type/authority hold all day) or names which types the day spans - the pairing is then one of the possibilities, never presented as settled. A shared conversation aid for team dynamics — per the API terms it must not be used to screen, rank or reject candidates. Full contract: docs/WORK-COMPATIBILITY-API.md.
