# Token Generation Event

`GET /gateway/v1/market/tge`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.asksurf.ai`
- URL: `https://api.asksurf.ai/gateway/v1/market/tge`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns Token Generation Event (TGE) status for a project.

Includes current status, last event time, and listing exchanges.

## Query parameters

- `id` string: Surf project UUID
- `q` string: Project name or symbol for entity resolution

    - `current_status` string, required: Current TGE status
    - `exchanges` string[], nullable: Exchanges where token launched

    - `project_name` string: Surf project name, for frontend entity linking.
  - `meta` ObjectResponseMeta, required
    - `cached` boolean, required: Whether this response was served from cache
    - `credits_used` integer, required: Credits deducted for this request
    - `empty_reason` string: Hint explaining why the data array is empty, when applicable
