The question

- Question
  - `questionId` string
  - `text` string
  - `status` 'PENDING_ANSWER' | 'ANSWERED' | 'DECLINED'
  - `answer` string, nullable
  - `answeredAt` string, date-time, nullable
  - `answeredBy` string, nullable
  - `receipt` string, nullable: Compact JWS (EdDSA, Ed25519) signed by askingahuman: who answered or met you, when, and SHA-256 hashes of the text (sessions: metadata and amount). Verify with the keys at /.well-known/askingahuman-receipt-keys.json. Null while receipts are off.
  - `replyCount` integer

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: No such person or record (also for unlisted people and people who blocked your key)
