Extended (one more block at the block price)

  - `blocksPurchased` integer
  - `maxBlocks` integer
  - `endsAt` string, date-time, nullable
  - `totalCents` integer: The first charge plus the block price for each extension

## Other responses

- `402`: Couldn't authorize the payment, or SPEND_CAP_REACHED
- `409`: At the session's limit
