# 公告（列表 / 详情）

`GET /v1/notice`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ashareapi.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.ashareapi.com/v1/notice`

上市公司公告。**不传 `id`** ⇒ 列表（`code` 必填，支持 type / limit / offset 翻页，可回溯约 16 年 —— 实测茅台 929 条到 2010 年）；**传 `id`** ⇒ 该公告详情。用户问『公告/披露/半年度报告/年报在哪』时用这个。

⚠️ **详情返回两种形态**（实测：约 9/10 给正文）：
· 多数（短公告）⇒ `text` = **正文**（纯文本），`url` 为空 —— **直接读 `text`**
· 少数（长报告，如半年报/年报 100+ 页）⇒ `text` 为空，`url` = **PDF 链接**
⇒ 判据：**先看 `text` 有没有值**，空则用 `url`。

⚠️ **长报告的 PDF 请自行获取与解析**（如用你环境里的 PDF 能力/库）——我们只提供链接，**不代做解析**。
💡 **要财务数字（营收/利润/资产/现金流）请直接用 `/v1/finance`** —— 它是**结构化**的，比从 100+ 页 PDF 里抠数字快得多也准得多。
⚠️ `notice` 与 `report`（研报）不同：本端点只给**上市公司公告**。

## Query parameters

- `code` string: 股票代码（取列表时必填）：sh600519 / sz000001
- `id` string: 公告 id（如 nos1225475868）—— 传它就取**详情**，此时 code 可省
- `type` string: 可选：公告类型 0-7（⛔ 不是 01010503 这类信披码，传错会静默返全量）
- `limit` integer: 返回条数，默认 50（上限 100）
- `offset` integer: 偏移量（**有效**，0 ~ total−1）—— 翻历史用，如 offset=900 可得约 2010 年
