**龙虎榜营业部席位**：某只票某次上榜的**买卖席位明细**（最多 10 个营业部），带**游资标记**。

`data` 行字段：`name`（营业部）/ `total_buy`（买入额，元）/ `total_sell`（卖出额，元）/ `net`（净买额 = 买 − 卖）/ `is_youzi`（是否游资席位）/ `log_id`。
顶层 `meta`：`code` / `name`（股票名）/ `date`（上榜日）/ `qjzf`（区间涨幅 %）/ `rows`。

⭐ **谁在买**比「机构榜统计」更具体：能直接看到是「沪股通专用」「某某证券某营业部」还是游资席位。
⚠️ 龙虎榜是**盘后数据**：`date` 留空 = 最近一次上榜日，请以返回的 `date` 为准。
⚠️ 单次最多约 10 个席位（上游限制）。
