**全市场财经快讯**（财联社等来源），按时间**倒序**，每 1 分钟刷新一次缓存。用户问『今天有什么大消息 / 最新财经新闻 / 刚才发生了什么』用这个。

`data` 行字段：`id`（快讯编号）/ `time`（`YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS`）/ `title` / `content`（正文，已清洗 HTML）/ `source`（来源，如「财联社」）/ `url`（原文链接，可能为空）。
顶层 `meta`：`returned` 条数 / `index` 当前偏移 / `next_index`（下次翻页用，可空则不返回）。

⭐ **和 `/v1/news` 有什么不同**：`/v1/news` 是**按个股**的资讯（要传 `code`），本端点是**全市场快讯流**（不需要代码）—— 问大盘/宏观/突发事件用这个，问某只票的消息面用 news。
⚠️ **翻页**：`index` 从 0 开始，步长 = 你上次传的 `limit`（如 `limit=20&index=20` 是第二页）。只能**往回翻**（越翻越旧），没有日期参数。
⚠️ `limit` 上限 **200**（上游单次返回上限）。
⚠️ 缓存 1 分钟：同一分钟内多个请求返回同一批内容，不重复消耗。

- `index` integer: 翻页偏移（0/20/40…，步长=上次的 limit）
