Update organization's authorization policy

## Response `204`

The request has succeeded, no content returned

## Other responses

- `400`: The request sent was not valid
- `401`: Valid authentication credentials not provided
- `403`: The user does not have permission to perform the requested operation
- `429`: The user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time
- `500`: The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request
