# Recover terminal agent-webhook materialization

`POST /webhooks/outbox/{id}/retry-materialization`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

ORG_ADMIN operator recovery for one agent webhook outbox event that exhausted materialization. Repair the endpoint or configuration cause first. The request UUID makes an identical retry idempotent; one different recovery request is rejected. This operation only re-arms durable work and never sends inline.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: The API key lacks `webhooks:manage` (`insufficient_scope`), its actor is not a current ORG_ADMIN, or transaction-time authority was lost.
- `404`: Outbox event not found in the caller organization
- `409`: Wrong state or the one recovery was already consumed by a different request UUID
- `503`: Recovery transaction unavailable
