# Quote new mailboxes

`POST /api/v1/inboxes/quote`

## Request

Prices new mailboxes on their own new domains. Send `mailboxes` (rounded up to bundles of 100 on 2 domains) or `daily_volume` (cold emails a day, 5 per mailbox), plus the `domains` you want and a `company` to fill the missing names. The quote lists every domain with its price, the mailbox price, what is due today and what repeats, and holds for 24 hours. Nothing is ordered or charged.

## Other responses

- `401`: 401 Unauthorized. `unauthorized` when the API key is missing, wrong or revoked.
- `403`: 403 Forbidden. `scope_missing` when the key lacks argorant:manage_lists.
- `409`: 409 Conflict. `not_enough_names` when not enough free names were found; give some domains yourself; `idempotency_conflict` when the Idempotency-Key was used with another body.
- `422`: 422 Validation error. `validation_error` when a field has the wrong type or is missing.
- `429`: 429 Too many requests. `rate_limited` when too many requests this minute.
