PRD-1 §2.1: there is no standalone review page any more.

Review is a VIEW INSIDE the evaluation portal — same shell, same rail, same
session, same design system — so this route redirects into it rather than
404ing. The old URL is in physicians' bookmarks and in email we have already
sent; a dead link is a reviewer who cannot find their work.
