Asclepius — Expert Evaluation Portal (standalone page, own auth).

The HTML shell is served unauthenticated by design (like /doctor); the page
JS gates on an Asclepius token and shows its own login. Reached as its own
top-level tab in the doctor portal (embedded via iframe) or directly. Static
assets load from /static/asclepius/. No PHI.
