One colleague's full profile, fetched when somebody opens them.

The counterpart to the trim in ``public_member_summary``: the blurb and the
training detail are what a member wants when they click a name, and they are
dead weight in a list of a thousand people. Same gate, same scrub, same
``member_map`` source, so this can show nothing the list could not.

A user id that is not a member 404s exactly as an unknown one does, for the
reason ``_visible_channel_or_404`` gives: the API is not an oracle for who
holds an account here.
