- `portal_version` string, nullable: Declare the active flow. 'v2' opts into value-aware routing (serves the highest expected value-per-minute task for you). Absent or 'v1' keeps the classic oldest-first queue unchanged.
- `specialty` string, nullable: The V3 specialty picker's choice (nephrology|cardiology|oncology). Drives which specialty's cases are served/generated; an unknown or disabled value falls back to the evaluator's own specialty.
