A physician flags that their health system might sell data or partner
on enterprise labeling. Free text straight to a founder inbox: at this
deal size a human reads every word, so no form fields, no CRM.

Reachable by a physician still under review, which matters because of who
sends these: the person who can open an institutional door is very often
the one who just walked through it, and the week they join is the week they
are most willing to make the introduction.

Bounded and throttled per user (3/day) because it is an outbound email a
signed-in physician can trigger; the note is plain text in the builder so
nothing in it can inject markup or headers.
