This evaluator's own real numbers for the dashboard tracking widget:
total cases completed, how many in the last 7 days, and their last
submission timestamp. Every ``submissions`` row is already a completed
case (drafts live client-side, never written here), so no status filter
is needed.

Counts, dates and a day streak, and that is a rule rather than a current
limitation.
This is the one work-history surface the physician themselves reads, so the
moment a field here derives from grading, agreement or the contributor
score it becomes the internal number wearing a chart. What somebody sees
about their own record is what they did, not how we rate it.
