The executed copy, rendered from the version that was signed.

NOT from ``CURRENT_VERSION``. The row names its own version and
``pdf_from_row`` refuses to guess one, so shipping v2 can never rewrite a v1
signer's executed contract into a document they never saw. That is the
single most important property of this endpoint.

Serve the hash-verified original. A profile-name change must never rewrite
the executed contract. Rebuild only when the stored blob is unavailable
and the result matches the bytes filed at signature.
